"This property is in a terrific location that is very convenient to places like Brennecke and Poipu beaches. We walked to both multiple times over the course of our stay. All the other amenities of Poipu and Koloa are a short drive away. The owner was responsive, and the check in and out processes were given in sufficient time and simple to follow. The condo itself is perfect...for the right group. That 4th "bedroom" is actually an open loft area at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. It lacks the same privacy of an actual bedroom. Having stayed here, I think this would be a perfect fit for, say, two couples with two kids each. Each level would be very comfortable for such a group. For our party of seven adults, it was slightly less ideal, but the 28 year old who got the loft was good sport.The condo itself is in good repair but could use some minor TLC. There is noticeable and unattractive--we'll call it discoloration--on one of the vents in the bathroom and a similar item or two that could easily be remedied. They are adamant about no shoes inside (not unusual for Hawaii), but there's absolutely nowhere remotely private to place them outside. We carried ours in and put them on the porch. Overall, it was a comfortable condo in a great location. I wouldn't say it was quite the ideal fit for our group, but for others, it certainly could be."

"This place was great. The location was just down from the Poipu beach. The air conditioning worked great and the pool was great way to relax at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked."

"Super cute home and beautiful property. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved the back porch, having a private pool and the view. Notes to future renters…The front door lock is tricky. Lock from inside and turn handle to see if the latch doesn’t retract. Reviews that say the beach is 15 minute WALK, are not accurate. The quickest beach is about 25 minutes at brisk pace. There are several beach options in about a 10 minute drive. (Owners listing is accurate for proximity) Location is great, shopping and coffee/restaurants about 20 minute walk away. Lots of shops and food in 10 minute drive radius."

"This was a perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was there, the location was great and the house was clean. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk! The only thing other members of our family mentioned was that the beds were very springy and weren’t the most comfortable beds. Other than that, we loved the place!"
