Ample parking, easy lock-box access, and very clean home.The central AC doesn't really work, which caused some minor inconvenience, make sure that this is discussed with the host prior to booking. "My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect (short drive to Newport and just minutes to the venue in Portsmouth). Check in was an easy process and the host was great at responding to messages quickly. We loved the small touches like the towel warmer, espresso machine, and patio area.
