"The downtown area in Timmins is full of drug addicts who don't even hide when injecting themselves with street drugs. All around town are people pushing shopping carts with their belongings. Sad to see how Timmins went down that path. This used to be a clean city."

"It is unfortunate but the building seems surrounded by garages/warehouses (not to mention a commercial building currently under construction between it and the main road). Such things cannot be helped but the hotel itself deserves better visibility. It is very odd that the hotel could be set so far back from the road that another building can be built directly in front of it, eventually obscuring it. A passing motorist/potential client will likely just miss it, and the signage won't be enough. That said, I would certainly stay there again. My wife, son and nephew enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely and the staff were decent."

"The room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I were to describe what I didnt like, I would mention the staff may have been too helpful. While sitting in the lobby I heard the desk clerk give out a room number to someone who said they had a friend staying at the hotel. I know its easy to give away that information but I would consider teaching the staff to call the room to confirm the guest is welcome. There is no elevator key card security for safety, anyone can go up. Front desk should ensure guest safety by calling the guest. "
