Nice little getaway

This space was very clean and a beautiful spot in nature. We loved all of the birds and wildlife and fireflies at night. It is very close to a little General Store to get coffee and snacks. Its only a 10 minute drive to get to the Woodstock main street. Neighborhood is quiet and the fire pit was lovely to sit around at night and enjoy the quiet. There was also a cute little Farmer's Market in the ski parking lot that was only a 5 minute walk to on Sunday. Overall a great little space for a weekend getaway.

Perfect Little Getaway

Beautiful views and only a couple miles outside of downtown Woodstock. It was perfect for a quiet getaway! Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect location for a cozy weekend ski trip. The bungalow was as described/pictured, plowed, shoveled and immaculate. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely spot

A cozy but comfortable bungalow in a beautiful rural setting. We loved walking up to the general store to get coffee and breakfast, and sitting watching the sunset over the hills.

Late Fall Getaway

The cabin was amazing! Perfect for a low key couples getaway. The view in the back is gorgeous of the ski mountain, and fire pit was great in the evening. The owner was so helpful and kind throughout the process and weekend. Ran into difficulties getting help from the booking site originally, but once the owner was involved it was a breeze. Very close to downtown (about 6-7minutes). Would 10/10 book again.

Beautiful nature stay with few things to note

Overall a great place in a beautiful area next to a skii hill. There were issues with bugs throughout the place when we first arrived. Its important to note there is no mobile service within a mile of this place so make sure to have your wifi and checkin details available. Some parts of the room were dusty and had cobwebs but the owner did have plenty of towels and supplies to make our stay great.

Amazing Tiny House

This was such an awesome place to stay at. My wife and I loved everything about the house and property. It reminded us of the first place we rented together as a couple and it was such an amazing place. The little house is extremely bright and has such large personality for a small place. The kitchenette is great for prepping basic things to eat. WiFi and tv were a nice touch too. The bathroom is an excellent size with a beautiful custom built in shower. The fire pit area was one of our favorite spots by far. We enjoyed the view of the mountain while soaking up the afternoon sun during our late winter stay. If you want privacy, ease of check, and a private beautiful view of the ski hill then this place is for you!

Stunning scenery

Gorgeous scenery and comfortable, clean quarters. Thanks for the gift card! That was a nice touch. The only issue we had was trying to find a comfortable temperature with the shower. Both of us struggled and never figured it out.

A perfect winter getaway

My husband and I Stayed for 2 nights, and the cottage experience was so lovely! We woke up to 3 inch of snow the morning of our departure, but we were grateful that the plow truck plowed around our car around 530am, and the host left a shovel, car brush, driveway salt to ensure we had everything we needed. Communicating with host/manager was occasionally tricky when AT the cabin- the wifi at the cottage was usually working, but the cell service was so low that once in a while, I got "failure to send text" alerts. Fortunately, we had little need to reach out during our stay ❤️ would happily return to this tiny cabin!

A hidden gem!

We stayed for two nights at this lovely place. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a gift card when we arrived to the local general store just a few steps up the road which we used on coffee in the mornings and snacks.. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with lovely linens, the shower was great. The views in the back are amazing and we made sure to read in the Adirondack chairs when the weather was nice. Lots of channels to watch TV. The only thing that I might say was a negative was there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable (the back bar protruded into our lower backs). These are minor things and we loved our time here. It was a refreshing and relaxing place to be - we were sorry we didn’t bookfor one more day!

Darling little gem

This property had such a pretty setting. Although it sat at the bottom of a ski slope, we enjoyed this Gem in the summer months. The grounds of the property are quite large and you got the feeling it was all part of your backyard. Also, we had the unfortunate luck of visiting Woodstock during a total town shutdown due to a water main break. This meant there were no restaurants open for business. The host of this property recognized our situation and cordially offered the use of her own personal kitchen, porch and barbecue. If you are a party of two who don’t feel the need for a large fancy hotel but appreciate a clean and freshly updated accommodation, then this serene little gem will check all your boxes. Coffee and cocktails over looking the beautiful meadow was such a joy.

Great spot but there were issues

1. Very poor internet connection. It disconnected constantly. We could not get the TV to work, and there is no phone service except through the internet. That made the troubleshooting very hard for the problem we had in the middle of the night (see #2) 2. An inaccessible smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. We called the "host," who is not local. They tried to get the local service to respond. The local service did not pick up. We ended up having to put a soft on its end and stand on the top of that to access the inaccessible attic space where the smoke detector was. This was unsafe and unreasonable. We were told we would receive financial compensation for the disruption and unsafe condition but haven't heard back since.
