"We loved staying here! The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space for a family. It sits right on the beach so it is easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We also loved the patio space for meals. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! Our pups loved the backyard and we adored the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks the evenings. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the house was just so homey overall. We ended up extending our trip a couple days and if would have had my way....we would never have left. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and will look for Evolve properties every time we travel! Cindy was great to work with and we had no complaints...I still...

"This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."
