You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. We loved how close we were to the beach, and the ability to use beach chairs/towels provided by the owners. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, and unit provided us everything we needed. Great place - would highly recommend!

Great location for the SpaceX Rocket Launch

We stayed at this condo for the rocket launch and had a great experience. It was about a 20-minute walk down to the park to see the launch, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom is incredible. Note that the master bedroom has the only TV, and the internet can be intermittent at times. Ed was responsive and didn't require us to do a chore list before we checked out - which was a nice added touch since most of the VRBOs I stay in all require a checklist before checking out. It was a good experience.

Just want our family needed! Relaxed Beach Get away

We were sad to leave today, but plan to return and hopefully book this same 3bedroom/3bath Condo again. It was on the 2nd floor with perfect views of the beach! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and overall just a great location! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We appreciated that! We definitely recommend this unit at Sea Viata.

A little slice of paradise

Location and views were spectacular. Condo was very well appointed, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our 3 generation trip that included 2 couples and 2 adult children. Location on the island worked well for us. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Beautiful (and quiet) beachfront condo

We had a family trip planned for our son's 19th birthday. The condo is beautifully styled, clean and well stocked. Loved that it was so quiet, steps to the beach and with a pool. Gorgeous views on the balcony - a perfect spot to have morning coffee or just to view the ocean in the shade. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having 2 king bed rooms. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Great for families and those who want a quiet, relaxing Padre vacation.
