Welcome to our Bahia Mar resort ground level 2 bedroom two bathroom condo unit
#418.
This condo is perfectly situated near one of the 2 pools and hot tubs, so you
can walk straight out to the amenities like the community sun deck with chairs
or tennis courts.
There is an open concept kitchen that is reasonably updated tht flows into the
living room and out to the outdoor patio. Kitchen has pots, pans dishes, etc
ready to go.
The living room has a large smart TV & two large couches one of which is a
sleeper sofa. Other bedding includes a queen in the master bedroom with an en
suite full bathroom, and a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds. We do provide an
airbed with pump - please bring bedding if you plan on using it or the sofa
bed.
Up to 8 guests are provided, just realize what the bedding is we have stated
here please. 6 is more comfortable unless some of your human count are kids :)
There is another full bathroom for guests as well as a stackable washer &
dryer which comes in handy.
Bahia Mar is very resort like, and this condo provides 2 off street parking
spaces, there is security at the complex, and it is in a great walkable
location to Clayton's Beach Bar, Bar Louie, Barry's Beach Bar & more for food
& drinks.
This is an older non remodeled or updated condo. It is value priced for
beachfront but we don't want disappointments its not new and perfect.
IF you have some work to do, there is wifi/internet provided, though spectrum
the provider can be spotty.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :)
Pets are ok. Up to 2 dogs. Fee of $75 per pet applies. If you do not disclose
a pet we must evict with no refund so please be kind :)
Pet rules:
1.) May not be left alone to bar
2.) Must be on leash at all times on property
3.) May NEVER be in pool area
4.) Cannot be on furniture
5.) Must pick up all pet droppings
Failure to do so will result in a fee of $150 to card on file OR you may face
eviction with no refund - sorry. They are welcome but here are our rules :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License Available upon request
This property does require the use of condo security wristbands that have a
fee of $35 plus tax for every occupant in the the month of March. This is the
property HOA's fee and not ours, but we do pre collect via the airbnb
resolution center for convenience.
We are SO VERY grateful for you considering our condo and if you have read all

through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
