My husband and I came down with our daughter and my parents. It’s our 3rd time to the Tiki, first time at this unit! It was a beautiful unit, perfect for our family. Very clean and loved the decor and large kitchen island!. We spent days at the beach and evenings by the heated pool! It was a perfect 4 day getaway! Would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our needs. It was right off the beach and next to a local shop that made it easy to walk everywhere. The homes location was the least of it, the beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean from the get go. A definite place we plan to return too.

We loved the decor and huge kitchen with our teen boys. The location was near the pool and beach. I suggest bringing a small fan for the room and living area it gets warm at night.

The condo worked out great for our group of 4 adults & three kids. It’s was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook every day, but was close enough to enjoy dinner out our last night. An easy walk to the beach & the pool was even closer. Cathy made sure the check in/check out process was simple and she was always quick to respond to any question we had. Definitely a great choice for a beach vacation! This is the place to stay in SPI!

We had a wonderful time at SPI this past week. The condo is amazing and I love the TIKI because you get that "home-y" feel that you don't get at a high rise condo and the walk to the beach is a few steps away which is also a huge plus. The condo is so beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped and the attention to detail was appreciated. It was perfect! We definitely recommend!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is absolutely gorgeous and literally backs up to the beach, so walking there to watch fireworks and the sunrise was a breeze. The condo itself was SUPER cute, very spacious and clean, updated, and two bathrooms was a huge plus! Cathy was an amazing host and communicated super quickly when I had questions and was extremely helpful. I 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!!😁

Plenty of space for 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 kids. Fully equipped kitchen...comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Very clean. It's beautiful. .the pictures on VRBO don't do it any justice wait until you see it in person. Thank you! Cathy for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

We loved our stay on SPI. The condo was nice and big and very comfortable. Great location to beach. Our only complaint was the host was very misleading and told us she would refund our first night stay due to a hurricane coming into the area. We changed our travel plans (we had to drive two days-18 hours to get there) to accommodate with her promise of a refund. At the last minute the storm turned and missed the island and because of that she rescinded the offer for a refund. We were really disappointed and felt very misled especially since It was her recommendation originally that we don’t come the first night due to safety from the hurricane. We also had multiple issues with the internet and the host was not very responsive or helpful. Luckily on our third day we got It to Start working.

We absolutely love the Tiki condos. This year was our 3rd year and we brought friends. The space was beautiful and spacious. We absolutely loved the large kitchen and island. My husband loves to cook so we were able to make a gourmet meal one night. The kitchen supplies were all there. One night we had pizza but was missing a pizza pan and cutter. ( would be a nice addition but not necessary. ) We made it work. The living room was cozy and the whole place was beautifully decorated. Beds were also very comfortable. I'm attached to my blow dyer, so I was surprised to see there wasn't one included. Again, I made it work. It was vacation. :) The location and entire stay was fantastic. Definitely would stay here with a group again.

Great location in the complex. Not too close to the pool where we heard noisy swimmers after dark, very quiet. Management was quick to clear out a vehicle that had no parking tag and wasn't supposed to be there. The Tiki is very clean and well-kept. Beautiful renovations to the condo made the place really nice. Four stars only because the master bed needs replacing. Too hard for my old back injury and the box springs squeaked loudly whenever we moved, almost like it was broken. Otherwise, everything else made it a great trip.
