Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

This stunning ocean front condo is perfect for any group of friends or family! Opal # 203 features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The coastal condominium is tastefully decorated and furnished, inviting you and your guests to enjoy the wonders of
the ocean, inside and out! Equipped with an open concept kitchen and dining room, this home allows you and your guests to spread out in front of the large flat screen TV, or come together around the large dining room table for a nicely home cooked meal. The kitchen features a oversized kitchen island, all stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware.

The first guest bedroom is located off the entry way. Two sets of bunk beds, each featuring twin size beds, can accommodate 4 guests. A private bathroom is also attached to the guest room, with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is located directly across from the first, featuring two additional full size guest beds and an attached, shared bathroom. The second guest bathroom also comes equipped with a walk in shower. Each room features plenty of storage space to put away all guest items and closets to store clothing efficiently.

The Master Suite is located off the living area and features a beautiful king size bed. The Master also features a large flat screen TV for those wishing to snuggle up for a mid day movie! You and your guests will be eager to slip into the oversized master bath, after a long day on the beach, or read a book in front of your ocean facing window.

Prefer to be outside? A private balcony is located off the living room and allows you and your guests to enjoy the sun and the beautiful ocean views. Grab the group and go for a refreshing swim in the elongated pool, or kick back and relax in one of the Opal's two elegant hot tubs!
When you are ready to hit the sand, a beach access is conveniently located across the street!

Opal was a fantastic setting for my family's long weekend to SPI! We had stayed in one of the high rises before and the quality of the unit and amenities was no less impressive. The location was fantastic and check in/out was as easy as can be. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the place, a few things needed worked on and fixed Blinds in kids room are pretty.much shoot. Hot tub was a hit and miss when fixed and fire alarms going off a few.times but would have booked again if was available

The unit was very clean! It was really nice they provided us with dish soap and toilet paper, trash bags. That helped a lot and we didn't have to bring too much. The check in staff was friendly and responsive. This is our 3rd time staging in Opal.

Loved the condo - Very nice. Loved that each room had a nice bathroom. Kitchen was beautiful. The views were amazing. The living areas and master bedroom had great big windows and ocean views. Location was ideal. Easy access to the condo and pool. Would definitely recommend.

First timers as winter Texans and loved it! The condo was great and super clean. Having en suite bathrooms was amazing! We had a couple issues and SPI was super helpful and timely. They go to the extreme in customer service!

We've booked the third year in a row. SPI Rentals are great. Any call was answered and solved within a half hour. Our rental is the best. A deck to watch the sunrise. Great Master bedroom and bath and don't forget the giant closet. Amazing to have two other bedrooms and two extra bathroom and the showers are great. Having a garage to park in is nice too. Hot Tub was great this year. Thank you.

The condo had great ocean views a nice pool and hot tubs, and well equipped kitchen. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and loved the covered patio and easy access to everything. Was a great way to spend my 50th birthday. Only cons would be the beds being a little unstable in the double rooms and the bunk beds are not suitable for anyone over the age of ten. Also, there was no beach equipment of any kind which made it hard for us as we flew in from out of state. Primary bedroom fan/overhead light was broken but SPI Rentals promptly brought fans over and were very responsive to our needs.

The location was perfect distance to the beach! the only downside is that the queen beds in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. They were old and the bed springs would poke you in the back while sleeping. Other than that, the condo was amazing and I would definitely go back.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at Opal 203. The space was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had room to do what they needed and didn't feel on top of one another. We loved that we could wake up to the ocean sunrise on the patio and the beach was just across the street. Never had to worry about a sand filled car. Everything we needed was there. Any problem we had was fixed or addressed very promptly. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

This place is gorgeous. Well equipped and nice placed on the island. Swimming pool is nice with two hot tubs on the ends. Private gated parking for the vehicle. Elevator and luggage cart are available. Plan on staying there again.

Great property, super close to beach and very nice. Only down fall is listing said there was a grill, but there’s not. At least we didn’t see one on property. Be prepared to bring your basic condiments but these are not deal breakers. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoying! Would rent again!
