Unbeatable beach views from the balcony and inside the living area of this totally updated 6th floor 1BR 1 bath condo at The Florence. The condo sleeps a family of 5. The living area features a new queen sofa sleeper. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A 50" Smart TV & a Blu-Ray is in the living area. We have Spectrum cable with Showtime and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a dishwasher for easy clean up.
The bedroom’s new king bed provides a perfect night's sleep and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom. A twin rollaway is in the closet for a 5th person. The unit is well stocked with nice towels and includes beach towels. Bathroom features a walk in shower.
We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a small ice chest for you to use during your stay.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 5 guests.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

We loved the place

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps from the beach and minutes to nearby attractions. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. We’ll surely be back and would recommend to others.

Beach bliss…

This was a great stay for us! Dog friendly beach lodgings with easy pool and beach access. The weather was just perfect too! You can see they are working in new floors and updates- which was not expected- but will be nice for the next visitors! We will happily return to this one! Thanks so much Condo Ladies!

Great location!

Condo was almost perfect for what we were looking for. The bed was super comfortable and the unit was clean for the most part. Tiny ants which we are told come in when it rains were why we downrated cleanliness. The listing doesn’t mention the private pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub wasn’t until we complained. Didn’t have a chance to use.

We stayed here during Labor day weekend. It was perfect! Clean, very updated with a beautiful beach view. Beach access was a breeze & the pool faces the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great view of Gulf

This place was great. Great view, really nice decor, clean. Property managers were promptly responsive and knowledgeable. Only problems were the elevator being out on the first days of our arrival and issues with the wi-fi and television which were resolved with the help of the property manager.

The location is perfect. The unit is cute and comfortable, not sure we couldve fit a 5th person. The only improvement i would suggest is having some coffee and at least salt and pepper available.

Our condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo was close to walk the beach to a few bar and restaurants. Every place we ate at had great food. The weather wasn't the greatest as it was cloudy and very windy. Nothing you can do about the weather. Nice place to stay.

Perfect Start to Summer!

Condo was perfect for our needs! Owner was kind and got us a replacement umbrella when we discovered the one in the closet was broken. The luggage cart and elevator made getting up to our unit a breeze and the view was gorgeous. The unit is beautifully decorated and the pullout sofa sleeper was comfy enough for our two pre-teens. There is also adequate seating within the space which was great! Thank you Laura and Judy for sharing your home with our family!

IT WAS OKAY

I wanna say the condo in a whole was nice inside. Very well taken care of . The bed sheets were not changed i had to take them and wash them because there was sand in both beds and we didnt go to the beach until the following day they could also be upgraded old and dingy(one on pull out bed..) . There was also a cover up shaw in the closet they provided and boy did it smell. Also communication with the manager/owner wasnt good at all she was very rude .

Unresponsive property owner

DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR...WE ABIDED BY ALL THE RULES AND COURTESIES BUT DID NOT GET IN RETURN...We spent over 3 hours trying with them to get the LR TV to work - could have been on the beach..Had NO TV programming for our complete stay...When asking for some consideration we got NO response - still haven't...Will not use VRBO again...based on this - our first try...To bad - it was a nice Condo...The owners seemed very nice and helpful at the time until it was a problem...THEN DISAPPEARED - is that the response you would accept...???
