The property offers a Bright open floor plan with large rooms and remarkable ocean views. It can Accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Master bedroom, balcony, Living room and pool overlooking the White Sand Beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

65” LED TV in the living room and each room equip with smart LED TV with capability internet browsing.

We bought this home in June 2014, professionally decorated with brand new, luxury furnishing throughout the house. For a good night sleep we have TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses.

Come to South Padre Island and relax at our beautiful beachfront house. Imagine feeling soft sand under your feet just footsteps from the patio. House is beautiful and just as advertised! Very clean and private with great access to the beach. Beautiful views from both floors give such a tranquil feeling. Kely was very accessible and easy to deal with. Private garage was great as well. We will def be coming back!

I stayed here for my birthday. My husband and I could not have asked for a better place. Amazing location, view, ambiance and the host was attentive and willing to assist. I look forward to another stay here in the near future.

We had less than ideal weather during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the beach with short quick visits and the view from the condo patio/balcony. Easy and direct access to the beach made our spontaneous visits to the beach a pleasant experience. The pool was also a huge plus during our stay. I would highly recommend without any reservations.

This was an awesome place to stay! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrises, bar in walking distance on the beach, quite place, private spa and pool, and place is very clean. Communication with the owners was wonderful, quick replies, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway on the beach.

We had a fantastic stay on SPI. The weather was amazing, the house was perfect for us, and we loved that it was right on the beach. Great communication with owners/property manager as well. The view from the second floor is breathtakingly picturesque and provides a nearly endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to many bars and local spots. The whirlpool was not working and the carpet and flooring probably need to be updated a bit but that did not damper our overall experience. Would recommend to anyone.
