"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and responsive. One of the elevators was out of service which caused a bit of inconvenience, but it wasn't too bad. We had some issues with the AC and hot water, but the staff addressed the issues as soon as we notified them. The best part about the hotel is the location. You can walk to all the midtown attractions and the subway station is right outside the hotel. It was very convenient and easy to get...
