"When we check in and asked what time serve breakfast,man with name Jesus said that we don’t have the breakfast ,and need to pay for that. Though we had proof in our reservation, he said “YOU HAVE TO PAY “. Next morning I came to front desk, there are was another person, he said you shouldn’t pay for breakfast . He just extorted money from us."

"Our check in time was supposed to be at 4 pm but we were arriving at the hotel at 10 am after having left our cruise. My children were exhausted and needed to sleep but we didn't have anywhere else to go for 6 hours while waiting for our room. We notified the management at our hotel of our situation and they went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:30 at no extra charge. "We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint we would have is that the bathrooms are slightly outdated in comparison to the bedrooms but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and...
