South Mimms and Ridge Vacations

"Somewhat dated but clean and functional. Room was quite big. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Extra pillows were provided. Although I had booked for 2 people I had to get another towel from reception as only one was in the room. Location next to the South Mimms service centre was very handy."

"The staff were as helpful as they could be .However the hotel rooms were not Clean . Bathroom door looked like there had been water damage. Changed rooms to lower level and that was even worse. Booked for 2 nights stayed for one. Did not feel comfortable at all."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"
