"Look out for bed bugs in room 124. I complained after my first night and was told they were taken care of. They should have offered a new room. Equally bad second night. Front desk was initially empathetic but manager and engineer responded that it should have been fine and will investigate and respond. I have bites all over which I showed. I did take a picture of one of the bugs but they were not interested."
