"The space was comfortable for our family of 4 while we were in town. Walkable to downtown was nice. Hoped the breakfast would include homemade or local items but was a basic store bought selection, less than a continental hotel breakfast. Guests should be okay with street noise when staying in this unit. Nicely decorated!"

You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. "This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."

The communication was immediate and very clear and the property itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. "We had plans all over the metro Detroit area, so this worked well as our place to settle in for the night! The place is quiet and very well stocked. HUGE TV in the 2nd bedroom, which impressed my hubby :) All 3 beds were different surfaces (1 was memory foam), so you should find one that fits your sleep comfort. Thanks for making our 1st time using VRBO so easy and pleasant!"

"This property was late minute but it was just what we needed. My daughter wanted to get away for the night and have access to a pool and this stay was perfect! I always overpack cleaning supplies, towels, etc.. but she was fully stocked on everything. Shanae was quick to respond every time I needed her. We really enjoyed our overnight trip.
