"The kitchen facilities are very good, with necessary seasonings. Decoration is lovely. The issue with the apartment is that it is indeed a one-bed apartment, there is one bed for a kid only in a walk-in closet (repurposed) which is extremely hot in summer and can hardly be used. Parking is a nightmare and need to search all around the streets. Be particularly careful for street sweeping time; it costs $70 for a ticket. "

"A great place to stay! The shower was a little sketchy and kinda hard to understand, I was either freezing or melting. The floors all felt really dirty and it could get really really warm during the day. But the beds were nice. I would probably stay here again. It's not as nice as a hotel but as a home base for a vacation it was great "

Our family had a great time for the weekend, 3br allowed the kids to sleep in different rooms and the master br has its own bathroom. Check in and entry is very easy. "This was a perfect location for my girls getaway! We were close to amazing food and central to all the important LA neighborhoods we wanted to visit. The property itself was very clean! The host’s instructions were very clear to help us park in the designated parking. We had everything we needed and it felt as if we were at home. Highly recommend staying at this place!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! Very close to the beach and restaurants. We loved especially the kitchen and the overall cosy atmosphere. Only one little suggestion for improvement: Kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc. could be a bit more. All over all we loved this vacation rental!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bed, 2 bath, with garage in Long Beach. We are a mom and adult daughter visiting for 4 nights. This was perfect for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom, was much less expensive than a hotel, and we were so happy to have garage parking. If you know Long Beach, parking can be an issue, so it was wonderful not to have to worry about parking, especially at night. "We had a great time visiting Hollywood and this apartment was just what we needed to come back to at the end of the day. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the roof top deck was such a great bonus for the kids. We will definitely stay again"

"Spacious and clean appartement. Parking space very convenient and near elevator. Washing machine and airconditionnning are noisy but apart from that it a good place to stay for a couple of days days. "

Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator.
