"This was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Our room had a queen and double pull out, was walkable to the tube and attractions, and the breakfast was delicious! My family each found something delicious every morning and it saved us a couple hundred dollars! Would absolutely go back. "

"Really nice staff, I was travelling with my disabled mother and we needed an accessible room which had originally only been available for one night, yet they managed to sort it for both nights. Wheelchair friendly and a lovely atmosphere. We got the Thames Clipper taxi to embankment from a few hundred meters away which was ideal, easy to get taxis from there too. The only disappointing thing about our stay (which is not the hotels fault) is the parking costs, 2 nights came to £76, no discounts for disabled blue badge holders or for being hotel guests. Absolute robbery."

"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."
