"We absolutely adored our stay at the City London Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially during our unexpected early check-in due to an emergency. They truly brightened our day with thoughtful touches like roses, candies, and complimentary daily breakfast. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, any noise was kept strictly to business hours and never went beyond the quiet hours, which we appreciated. We can't wait to return and see all the exciting updates they've made to the facilities! Highly recommend this hotel for both its warmth and attentiveness. "
