This newly built 4BR/3BA is ideally located in Montgomery Estates, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the area. Gourmands will enjoy the close proximity to many local restaurants, as well as a deluxe kitchen.

Montgomery Estates is a 10-minute drive from both El Dorado Beach and Heavenly Mountain Resort. After a day of outdoor activities, make sure to stop by one of the local eateries, 8 minutes away. Try Divided Sky for cocktails and live music, or Verde Mexican Rotisserie for a healthy Mexican feast.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The open-concept living area provides an inviting spot to gather. Sink into the sectional and watch shows on the 50-inch TV. On chilly evenings, get cozy by the gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious balcony with a 10-seat dining table. A bonus living area is furnished with a futon and 40-inch TV.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas range and full-size double ovens. Enjoy festive meals at the dining table with seating for 10.

In the primary suite, you'll find a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and 40-inch TV. Soak in the en-suite's jetted tub, and enjoy a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Nearby, the second bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed. A guest bathroom serves the living area and second bedroom. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom is a suite, offering a queen bed and en-suite with a double vanity.

Enjoy the great outdoors in the fenced yard. Barbecue on the gas grill, then play a game of catch or volleyball.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Our family enjoyed our recent stay very much. We cooked all meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the spacious living/dining area was perfect for all 8 of us to hang out together playing games and watching movies. A few things I’ll mention that could be improved - a few light bulbs needed changing, tub stoppers would be very helpful for bathing small children, and we would have loved more kitchen and bath towels, but overall, a very comfortable home. Also close to Heavenly, markets and restaurants. We hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing location and decent house
We really enjoyed the neighborhood and location of the property. We liked taking walks to the accessible trails that are all around the house. The house is spacious and well equipped. We were able to spread out and everyone had their own space to sleep and feel comfortable. We also really enjoyed the back deck and having coffee out there in the morning. The primary flaw of the house is that it needs some maintenance and updating. For example, not all the lights work properly, the barbecue was filthy, and we couldn’t find a brush to clean it. The toilet tank didn’t fill properly but we improvised. All in all it’s a solid house that could be ideal with a bit more TLC. Regardless we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Suitable Home!
This home was perfect for our needs for the weekend, though the listing is slightly misleading, as this home is not new. Despite this, the kitchen is well-appointed, the deck is lovely, and the house felt clean, overall. The electrical outlets downstairs were not functioning properly - perhaps there was a fuse out. When renting through VRBO, I am accustomed to communicating with the homeowner. However, this was my first experience going through the property management company, Vacasa, and I was disappointed by the lack of help from a human being…before, during, and after our stay. Hopefully, this will not deter future families and friends from gathering at this home.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at this house. Thanks for sharing with us. The garage is roomy with 2 cars parked inside. Location and house layout is great. It has the basic dish ware and utensils in the kitchen. We found some pots and cutting boards dirty when we got there. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels. Patio door were not able to lock. The bear trap garbage bin wears already full when we got there. We have to leave our garage bag at the kitchen when we left. We were not able to turn on the directv during our stay. The backyard is great. Spacious and fenced. Kids were able to do snow play at backyard instead of going out. In general it’s a great stay and I’d definitely recommend the house to friends and families.
