If you're looking for the perfect alpine getaway for the whole group, then look no further than this expansive family-friendly South Lake Tahoe home. Offering plenty of room for larger groups, a private fitness room, and a game room with billiards, Ping-Pong, and a gaming system, this home has everything you need for a fun-filled retreat.

Just over three miles from the express lifts at Heavenly Mountain Resort and four miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe, fun will always be close at hand. When the sun is shining you can hit the water with a jet ski or stand-up paddle board after playing a round of golf at the Bijou Municipal Golf Course.

This chalet-style home invites you in with a spacious open layout and a living room that allows the whole group to gather by the gas fireplace. Roku TV internet streaming with own account, a private washer/dryer, and a DVD player for movie nights, you'll have all the comforts of home while slipping into vacation mode.

Play a round of billiards or Ping-Pong. Use the free WiFi to stream some tunes while you kick back on the balcony and take in your sweeping views. The full kitchen and gas grill will bring your culinary creation to life. During your stay, you'll also have a downstairs wet bar, a spacious deck for outdoor relaxing.

The house was nice but the Wi-Fi did not work during our whole stay in the house seem to have a electrical issue because every time we touch the wall walls around us, we would get shocked and other light switches to turn on lights did not work

Super Big Home

Lots of rooms, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. Many showers, large kitchen, many refrigerators, so much space everywhere… good parking, great garage. Fun game room. Tv even had Roku movies in game room We will definitely stay here again

The house was okay

The house was nice, but it was advertised with Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi never worked the whole time that we were there. I contacted them about the Wi-Fi and since they weren’t able to resolve it, they just gave me another number to call essentially punting it away to somebody else. Also there was an electrical ground issue throughout the whole house because we were being shocked every time that we would touch the wall and some lights, which is did not work at all.

We enjoyed staying in this huge house.a lot of room for sleeping. Master bedroom is great. I wish the BBQ area had a seating area because for those who like to drink and eat around BBQ, there is no room and you have to grill your stuff and take them to 3rd floor to eat.overall great house

Love this cozy amazing home.

We stayed here last year and had to stay again and will each time for our large family if it is available. Plenty to do for all ages and room to sit and enjoy the scenery in quiet as well. Cold Creek Trail, House on a hill, incredible view

This home is an incredibly huge place. It is set up to sleep a limit of 12 easily, which we did and there was plenty of room for all. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms to share. the house has some wear and tear but I would still highly recommend staying there.

Great place, very nice view

We had a great stay 9 of us stayed in the house for 4 days and barely found enough time to hang out on each floor. The game room was the biggest hit. Just be ready for sore calves when you leave with the kitchen and master bedroom being on 3rd floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will rent the house in the future.

Amazing Location

We had a wonderful time at the cabin this past weekend. It's in a perfect location and size for big families, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. We mostly ate our meals outside of the cabin because the kitchen appliances are old and lacking, making it hard to navigate. Despite this, I would definitely rent this property again for future trips to South Lake Tahoe

Review:Our stay was disappointing. The plumbing was clogged, causing a leak downstairs that stained our clothes. The kitchen drawers were dirty, and the items felt outdated. One bedroom had unwashed sheets, which was unacceptable. Management needs to improve cleanliness and maintenance to meet guests’ expectations

Wonderful Home in South Lake Tahoe

This five bedroom home with two full living areas was perfect for a small company retreat. The game room complete with pool and ping pong table meant fun times in the evening. Of course, being minutes from gorgeous Lake Tahoe was perfect. The home was surrounded with giant trees and was very quiet.

This home was perfect for our large group! We wished it had an outdoor hot tub. The jets weren’t working in the master bathtub and the king bed was very loud and uncomfortable. But it was clean and very roomy!

It was a great place for a big group. game room was outstanding. However, two considerations that need to be addressed. 1. the hot water temperature was very hot and difficult to control when showering. 2. the knobs on the stover did not work. They did not turn the gas on.

The size of the house is perfect and the game area is a nice bonus. Unfortunately every mattress in that house should be replaced as well as some faucets. The igniter on the stove did not work. The house could have benefited from some additional cleaning supplies / kitchen towels. Overall a good house and great size but needs some work.

3 story house, if you can't climb stairs, this isn't for you. kitchen and master in 3rd, rest of bedrooms on 2nd. the pool table and ping pong were fun. the weight room is an excellent place to have it except the 2 pieces of equipment aren't working, and barely held together with string. invest a few hundred into that room and it'll be a great amenity. the house overall is pretty old, don't expect remodeling or renovations unless specified. the jet tubs were great, the master shower stopped working. guests in further corner bedroom complained their mattresses were uncomfortable. excellent views of the lake, even better if one of the trees were to be cut in half.

Gets the job done

The house is huge and in a wonderful neighborhood, close to town but walking distance to hiking and biking trails. My biggest issue is the communication with Property Management - they never answered my questions before arrival, and we called once we entered the house to report a few issues (missing kitchen and game items, dishwasher not working, etc.) but no one ever answered, so thankfully it wasn't an urgent issue. The house is starting to show some wear and tear but overall is a decent spot for a large group.

Great furniture great location read below

Not enough forks for 12 people upon arrival found 8 moldy corn on cob as well as Indian flatbread threw away. Had no propane at checking as well as we stopped a second floor toilet from leaking. Called Vacasa and told them they sent propane it took 2 technicians to replace parts in toilet. On Sunday we noticed the microwave only blew did not work on Monday the oven stopped working. Cassava sent twice finally realized microwave is broken ordered new one. Vascsa said they reset breaker and it was heating we came back oven doesn’t work pushing any of the buttons nothing happened. A little TLC would go a long way. Still waiting for Vacasa since Tuesday when they said they were coming. Threw away about $200 worth of food couldn’t cook. Checking out now!!!!DB

Gets the job done

You won't have a bad time at this property - the house is huge and in a great neighborhood near hiking trails. It feels a little past its prime though (worn carpet, missing darts, broken ping pong paddles, no frying pans in kitchen) and a few upgrades could go a really long way (beds are uncomfortable, no curtains to block out sunlight, missing basic kitchen stock). The worst part was having to deal with the property management company because I asked a few questions via VRBO prior to arrival with no answers, and called directly during our stay when the stove wouldn't light and the dishwasher was broken and no one answered. You could probably get better bang for buck elsewhere but as long as you don't have any major problems where you need to get ahold of someone, you'll enjoy your stay here.

Large But Old

House wasn’t ready when we arrived. Check in was at 4, which is already late. We wanted to arrive early but nobody responded to my early check in request. Had to wait an hour till the cleaners finished. The size of the house is great but needs a complete upgrade. Everything inside is from the 80’s. We enjoyed the large living room. And kids loved the game room. Not sure why the house rules state no street parking….there cars all over the street all weekend. Vicasa also threatens you with fines if you go over the allowed capacity with fines up to $2K. I probably won’t use them again.
