"Renter beware, this is not a ski in ski out condo, nor can it accommodate more than 3 people comfortably. Owner claimed it was 50 steps to hill, which you can not reach due to ice and being roped off. Kitchen had only 3 dinner plates for dining, so not sure how the description claims can accommodate 6+. The hot tub pool area is not on site so that was also out of the equation. Deck was not shoveled nor was the outdoor deck furniture shoveled off so also out of the equation."

"The house was exactly as advertised. We had elderly parents and the main floor was very accessible. I think only a couple very small steps. The house was close to a lot of activities. The only negative I would say is the balcony gets very hot so be sure to have shoes for little ones. The house has great wooded views and one morning a coyote same up to the downstairs window. The entire family enjoyed the house."

"The house has not been updated. It smells old the second you walk in, the carpets are old, cabinets old and don’t open and close well. Two rooms are upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. It was 90 degrees with no AC. I wish I had paid more attention to the listing. It was annoying to go downstairs at night just to use the restroom. The guest shower was super small - you could barely turn around. Overall the price was too high for the condition of the property."

"Fantastic spot. The place was as advertised, it was clean, had everything we needed. Also vey convenient to the town center, grocery store, ski slopes, casinos, etc. I would highly recommend it."

"Very cozy place. It was quiet and has the vibes of a small cottage. They provided everything for you such as bedding, towels, wifi, kitchen with kitchen essentials (if you feel like cooking), bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap). The guest service also quickly responded when I needed help with something. Heater worked perfectly for us. Both sofa and bed were pretty comfortable."

"Everything was great. Only thing is the deck area needs some attention. The railing and fence is falling down and is unsafe. And screws are popping out of the floor."

"Tahoe Beach & Ski Club Is my family’s favorite get-away in South Lake Tahoe! Great location, very clean, thoughtfully stocked kitchen (no stove though), responsive front desk staff, etc. Can’t wait til our next stay!!!"

"The room and property were good quality for the price. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much selection and they ran out of most of the stuff by 8:30 on Sunday morning. The TV hookup was strange. The DVD player seemed to be wired across the room and when we moved in the bed, the wires seemed to disconnect and the movie stopped."
