Come be our guest in South County R.I. Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and Ice cream shop (open seasonally.) 10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

We booked this property as first time VRBO clients and were so pleased! Cutest property....pictures completely accurate. Perfect place to stay with our fur baby! Great 2 day stay
My sister, our 2 labs, and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage. We loved it. Sara made us feel welcome with chocolates to snack on upon arrival and water in the refrigerator. The cottage is very comfortable and the yard was perfect for the dogs. We were able to rinse them off after the beach with the use of the hose. The kitchen was fully equipped. I'm a decaf drinker and no coffee maker was available for me to make coffee. There was a Keurig, but no decaf pods. That is literally the only thing that was missing for me. I improvised, and there was a DD within walking distance. We will be back again. A great place to stay! Thank you.
