"A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware."

This apartment was everything we were looking for. It was spacious, with plenty of extra towels, fully stocked kitchen, perfect location, and most importantly for us - strong WiFi. Property managers were very responsive. Now that our son is there, we will definitely be coming back!"

"It was a unique experience. We enjoyed the corky atmosphere and the cozy layout. The only downside was the VERY cute coach. It is not the most comfortable thing on the planet and may need to be re-stuffed. We also visited when the weather was crazy hot, over 100 degrees every day. This room being on the third floor did a decent job of trying to stay cool but it was definitely on the warm side. Overall though, it was exactly what we wanted. Which was a fun, unique place to relax and reconnect...

"My picky middle aged back definitely appreciated the bed. It was very comfortable! We were able to take Lime Scooters or walk to the Palace each day. The one issue we had when we first arrived, the property manager jumped into action immediately and made sure everything was okay. I was happy that I brought my eye mask and ear plugs. The condo is on the 4th floor, so the noise travels. It was very quiet in the middle of the night, but as I was trying to fall asleep there was some mild street...

"Our family went to Utah for a funeral and stayed at this property. It was clean and well-stocked. The backyard and small orchard would have been fun for kids. The shower in the primary bedroom didn't drain but that was the only problem with the property. I didn't appreciate that the listed price included up to 20 people, which we had, but we were still charged for an extra person."

"We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel...
