"I booked this location because we needed a large space for a family gathering celebrating my son’s graduation and my grandson second year birthday. Unfortunately, the weather was in great so we could not use the wonderful outdoor space this location offered, but the space inside easily accommodated our gathering of 12 people.The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to prepare the food for our group. The comfortable accommodations were appreciated by all.The host could not be better! They were thoughtful with great communication.This location is ideal for anybody want to visit the greater Burlington area and especially enjoy the fantastic bike trails. We plan to stay here again and use this as our base for a bike trip with friends.The ability to come home and have such a wonderful outdoor space with a hot tub in a view of Lake Champlain makes this place very special.We have rented many homes of the years and I would have to say this was one of our best experiences overall. Highly recommended."

"The exterior was updated & well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was an extra bonus & the coffee & grab and go breakfast snacks were just what we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only negative was the outdated bedspreads, tile, and decor. The location was fantastic. If you are looking for an affordable stay in a great accessible location near UVM this will do the trick. "
