"I had such a good stay that I extended it - after a complicated work project coming back to the private mineral pool was AMAZING. I travel a lot, and it isn’t often I bother about reviews because there isn’t usually something special or unusual to write about. The staff were super helpful, the hot pool was something really special. Highly recommend!"

"When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night."

"Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"

"We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group."

"Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror."
