Love this quiet neighborhood close enough to walk to town , beach, ‘kids corner’ play ground or the Van Buren Trail. At the same time far enough away to have a peaceful time in the large fenced in backyard. Play some pool in the basement or ping pong in the garage. Walk a 1/2 mile to the beach or town. Bring your own bike or hop on one provided and explore the Van Buren or Kal Haven Trails. Play some family board games after a meal at the large dinning table.
Only weekly rentals during the summer season from June through mid September with a turnover day of Saturday.

Nice, quiet neighborhood close to blue stairs, Kid's Park, and downtown. The fenced in double lot yard was great for our dog! This was our second time staying here and hopefully will be able to do so again next year.

We came during off-season, but the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the house and property. We didn't cook in the kitchen; it really didn't lend itself to that. The basement bathroom and shower were confusing and awkward, but we got used to it.

Awesome location to beach/town/kids park! House was well maintained, and the multiple games (pool, ping pong, air hockey) were a huge hit with the little one. Host was accommodating and quick to respond to any question I had. We literally walked to the beach access and downtown everyday without issue. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a fall getaway. Easy to get to the beach, Saugatuck and St joe. Weather was a little cool but we didn’t mind at all. Our dog loved the back yard. Grandkids came over for a day and loved all the toys and games. Thanks Mark!!

This was one of two houses in South Haven that we rented for our family vacation. Loved the location of this house. It was super clean. The back yard was perfect for my son's dogs. And the garage with a ping pong table, bikes and multiple other games/summer supplies was a nice perk. We look forward to renting this house again next year!

We had a wonderful trip to south haven and enjoyed this house very much. It is close enough to bike to town, the beach, some playgrounds, even tennis courts! The house was very clean and was perfect for our family (us, our 4 kids, and grandparents) We cooked all our meals in the house, and while the kitchen is small, it worked out fine. There was plenty of room for all of us around the table. My kids enjoyed the upstairs room, and we all played lots of bean bag toss in the backyard. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location—close to downtown and the beach, but not too close. And the house was well-appointed, clean and perfect for our family. The pool table, ping pong table, and dart board (with child-safe darts) were a big hit with my 7-year-old. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. And the bikes were a wonderful bonus as well. The owner was quick to respond whenever we had a question, and getting in was a breeze. We have nothing but good things to say about our visit, and we're hoping to return here again in the future.
