"The service was excellent. One major discomfort was that they are strict and only give two bottles of water per room, even with a family of four. I asked to purchase water and was directed to the vending machine which was out of order. We took the shuttle from the airport so we were forced to door dash water. The ice machine on our floor (10th) was not on or working. It was a 90 degree day. The pool was open and refreshing and the room ac worked very well. The pool was very outdated but was still great and refreshing. Our room was clean. The staff in the dinning room were stellar. The bar had a nice little menu. The Mac n cheese was good. The pizza was not! The quesadillas were very good. The breakfast buffet was very good. I booked via hotels.com and paid a little extra per night for breakfast which was worth it. I loved the little Starbucks cafe in the lobby. I would consider staying there again because of the pool and airport shuttle as well as breakfast and Starbucks. I wasn’t wowed though so if I found a nicer hotel with the same amenities I would pass."

"The resort overall was great! Everyone friendly. Very clean. Food was good. Although staying all week, it would be nice if they had a few daily specials so you don’t have the same menu everyday. Well organized. A few things I would like to suggest or point out. The rooms did not get cool enough to be comfortable. I thought it was just ours because we were facing the sun all day but others said the same thing. The couch has to go! Very uncomfortable and looks like it’s missing pieces. The room was very clean and looked great. I wouldn’t even consider these bad just what my experience."
