"The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is convenienyly close to AA check-in. The restaurant on the top floor is another matter. The staff is not being managed correctly, the servers are dividing customers up themselves, and if the server in front of you is not yours, you don't get service! This is probably due to the fact that an 18% gratuity is added to every check and bar tab, so there is no incentive to do the job well."

"Property very nice, pool is crowded but they have chairs all over the place - a little to close but there are plenty. Beach set up with chairs as well. Very clean and attentive staff. Restaraunt pricing didn't feel like your were being gouged. Nice complementary drinks at check in."

"Overall, it was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. The main downside was that our elevator was not working the entire 6 days we were here and having to pay $73/day in resort fees makes me think they should have fixed it promptly. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time we left our room. Also be warned that they put a $200 hold per night on your credit card which I was not aware of. So $1000 was immediately taken from my bank account which I had intended to use for spending money. The staff were great. Thanks"

"Excelente hotel super recomendado todo limpio todo espectacular!!! Una crítica los visitantes deben dejar de hacer trampa y hacer el lunch después del chek out y dejar de llevarse las toallas de la piscina pero el hotel excelente"
