"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "

This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."

"Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too."

This property is a pretty short walk to the Disneyland Tram. That was super helpful because we didn’t need to pay for Disneyland parking. "Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids."

There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on.
