"Very convenient location in T3. From the moment I showed up, I felt valued. There was someone offering water while I waited and it was a short wait. The room was spacious, well stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. It was nice to have a bathtub (though I didn’t use it.) it was quiet, despite being at SIN. (I was a little surprised that instant coffee was offered, rather than Nespresso.) I wish I could’ve stayed another day to take advantage of the amenities. I look forward to staying here again."

"Conveniently located in the Jewel section of the Terminal 1, this transit allows travellers to stay in a room and sleep on a bed comfortably during their long transit time. The bathroom is decently equipped for travellers in transit for a nice hot shower and quick refresh before they catch their next flight. Price is a little expensive for what it is. But, totally worth it when one thinks about having to spend a long time at the airport overnight when shops are closed."

"It was okay for the two days we stayed in transit. The pool is decent and it’s a close stay to the airport. However, if your flight is slightly delayed- expect to miss the free airport pick up. Also, the food wasn’t great- honestly felt like reheated meals and the serving sizes were not very decent for the price. The hotel is not a location to sight see!! It’s far from everything and the construction going on around the property is massive!!!"

"Smooth and efficient check-in made for a nice start to the stay. The room isn’t large, but it feels more spacious than its actual size. It had everything I needed, and the bedding was very comfortable. The outdoor bar was also a nice spot to relax in the evening. Conveniently located in vibrant Katong, this hotel can be a very good option if you can get a good rate."
