"I stayed on a 16 hour layover in Denver, as someone who doesn't travel frequently - I called from the airport and was given incredibly helpful directions on where to wait for the shuttle, and even as someone who had never been to the Denver airport I was able to follow them and meet the shuttle. The front desk staff gave me all the info I needed about what time I should take the shuttle in the morning and answered all my questions. "The agent who checked us in was rude and not helpful! Told me to move away from the counter when I was trying to get the parking app loaded. Expedia said parking was included! Then the room was hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Pretty miserable heat to sleep in!
