"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours. Personally I didn’t think the receptionist really knew how to deal with the situation. Anyway we eventually got given another room which was fine. The place is so relaxing that the check in incident was soon forgotten. Breakfast is basic but ok. All staff were great and friendly, but a special mention and thank you to Venus who looks after the beach, so helpful and friendly. By far the most helpful member of staff at the hotel. We will definitely be back "

"Fast check in and friendly staff hotel is nice big comfortable, clean great bars at the pool pools are great rooms are big nice balcony view of the water. Breakfast is awesome tons of food to choose from will not be disappointed.then "

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Breakfast is a vast buffet, all good quality and great choice. Beds are comfortable, rooms spacious and bathrooms are nice and clean. Pool area is great, really well maintained, and set in lovely park areas. Dubrovnik isn't cheap, but there's bars nearby where you can get a meal for just over £10 and a pint for £5 at the right time of day. Staff were all extremely helpful, polite and charming. Nearby promenade with little secluded swimming areas and bars topped it all off perfectly. Bus into the old town is only a couple of minutes away, but does get extremely busy, hot and "queuing" can be a little challenging. Taxis are extortionate but Ubers cheap and plentiful. Only downside was the 30 euro evening buffet which was pretty disappointing. Would Def stay again without any hesitation."

"Great hotel in lovely peaceful location, a 10 minute bus/taxi ride from Dubrovnik old town. Really very good facilities including a number of pools, easy access to a cordoned off area for sea swimming ( and jumping!). The Croatian coast is very picturesque with crystal clear water."

"I have spent 4 days in this amazing hotel and it was absolutely perfect! The breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety. The rooms are big and we had the spacious room with a sea view. The beds are so comfortable and the amazing team makes sure that you have everything you need. The view is stunning! The lovely team helps with whatever you need and does it with a smile. I would like to mention 2 staff members in particular that went the extra mile for us, Nejra and Danica. They were so helpful and pleasant. The whole team makes you feel welcome. I am recommending this hotel for everyone that comes to Dubrovnik 😊"
