"My husband and I stayed here for our daughters wedding. We were there for a week. Everything was very nice, clean and organized. I wish we had more than the 2 dish towels provided. I use about 4 in my personal kitchen. That would be my my only criticism. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend! Loved that it was so close to the wedding venue at Red Rocks Barn! It was close to restaurants and downtown as well."

"Very nice property. Enjoyed our time in South Fork. Our neighbors in the adjoining condo had to be told to turn down their television a couple of times because we could hear it clearly in our unit.I'm not sure why a person would want to just sit in their condo and watch TV all day and night with all that South Fork has to offer"

"The rental was perfect for two adults. Other than then the renters at the wrong unit at midnight and trying to unlock our door our stay was seamless. I do recommend improving the path to the unit with more lighting and possibly steps."

"We visited to visit our new grand daughter and family. We didn’t spend a lot of time IN the condo, mostly out and about. The condo had everything we needed and it was great to not worry about parking. It was clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was perfect. We had to ask to stay an additional night due to an emergency. I wasn’t able to request an additional night until late in the evening before our last night- the owners got back to me within 10 minutes and luckily, they did...

"We had a great stay. It was a very convenient location, as we were attending meetings at Charis Bible College. All appliances worked well. And we were greeted by a group of deer every morning. Checkout was easy, except we forgot to turn the thermostat down."

"Not to miss sunsets and sunrises in the valley that you only find when camping here! And being a dark sky park allows the stars to dazzle you at night. Great accommodations and location. The staff is super nice. Only downside is how close the tents are. We came on a holiday weekend and the place was full. Lots and lots of kids running screaming, which made it not so restful for us quiet types. But all of the views made up for the bad people experience."

"Got in around 6pm and had a warm welcome from Kevin, the owner. Very pleasant setting and very quiet. We stayed in a family cabin with bunk bed for kids. Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed. The whole place was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils, even some coffee in case you forget to bring your own. Their was virtually no sound besides the trees, the occasional deer walking past, and the distant river all...
