"For the record, I don’t normally give five star reviews for hotels as I always keep a very high standard for hotels, however, this is not the case for Hyatt Place Liuzhou. My family was properly greeted upon arrival and was upgraded to a better room with gorgeous river view. This hotel matches every single standard in my mind as a frequent business traveler and I see no room for improvement at all. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal and everything is delicious and savory. Hotel staff are well trained, polite and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to all my peers and colleagues and I look forward to lodging in this hotel in the near future. "

"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay."
