Characterful Rattery Mill Linhay

This newly refurbished, full of character former hay barn is part of and next to the 17th century listed Rattery Mill House. It is in the perfect location to explore the beaches of south Devon, nearby vibrant Totnes and Dartmoor National Park. The village of Rattery is charming and the barn is within walking distance to the historic Church House Inn Pub. There are lots of walking & cycle routes close by including the beautiful Avon Dam reservoir.

The space
There is a hand carved wooden Balinese double bed upstairs and a comfy double sofa bed downstairs. A smart newly refurbished bathroom with a power shower & toilet. Kitchen with an induction hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge and nespresso coffee machine, (please bring your own pods).
There are 2 breakfast bar table stools.
Lounge area has the sofa bed and a TV (Amazon prime and bbc Iplayer). WiFi available throughout.
