"We stayed in room 7, The Drover. It was nice and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens. The room stayed nice and cold in the Texas heat. The bathroom was very clean. The only downside is that the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbor in the next room. Luckily, we travel with a fan for the white noise and it drowned out any excess noise. We will definitely stay again."
Possum Kingdom Lake WATERFRONT Retreat

"My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and had a fantastic time. The nature around the property is beautiful, we even saw a coyote come down to the lake for a drink at the little bay across from the property’s beach during our ride on the paddle boat they provided. We also saw some incredible birds. The house is conveniently located near Possum Kingdom State Park where we rented kayaks at the Marina. We also spent a few days on a pontoon boat we rented and explored the lake which has stunning rock formations and areas where we saw local cows come down for a dip in the lake.Property was clean when we arrived, directions given to us by owners were clear, making our ckeck in and out very easy.Property is nicely stocked with water toys like noodles, paddle boat, and small kayaks, and various other flotation toys which made the trip fun.Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the lake view and outdoor space. However, considering the amount we paid for our stay, I feel there are a few areas that could be improved.For a property that accommodates larger groups, I think there should be TVs in each bedroom. There were TVs in the living room, back patio, and garage, but none in the bedrooms.The furniture could also use some attention. Several pieces had visible marks and stains. At this price point, I expected the furniture to be cleaner and better maintained.The kitchen also needs to be better equipped for larger groups. There were not enough large pots and pans, which limited how much food we could prepare at one time. Since the home accommodates several guests, larger cookware and more pots and pans would be very helpful.Lastly, the flies were pretty bad during our stay. I would recommend regular pest control or spraying around the property to help keep them to a minimum.Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful setting and our stay. With improvements to the furniture, TVs, kitchen supplies, and pest control, the property could provide an even better experience and feel more in line with the price."

"Diane exceeded our expectations! She was very communicative, accommodating and thoughtful. We were blown away before we even stepped foot in the door. Next time we’re are in town, either for baseball or a lake getaway, we will be staying here again! 10/10 would recommend! For anyone playing at the Rocker B Ranch facility, this is an excellent option. Plenty of options for dining and nightlife, and only 10 minutes from the facility. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!"

"in over 20 years of having our family get together every summer, I can say this was the best house that we have ever stayed it. It was large enough to hold our family and guests and the house is as the pictures portray it to be. With elderly parents, finding a house that can accommodate them, as well as house the entire family has been an issue. The pool was excellent for the younger kids and there was plenty of space for our truly little kids to run around and burn off some energy. Hopefully we will be able to come back again next year and enjoy this house again. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group."
