Well maintained completely furnished three bedroom in a quiet neighborhood. There is a reclining love seat and sofa in the livingroom for extra sleeping space.
Rent dependent on length of stay. Weekends have a two night minimum. I do not raise my rates for games or special events.
Perfect for ND game weekends, or temporary housing. Nice yard, open floor plan. Newly carpeted Living room/dining room area; Hardwood in bedrooms, hallway and kitchen. Vaulted kitchen ceiling, ceiling Fans in all the rooms; Gas on glass 5 burner cooktop, Side by Side refrigerator with Ice maker and water dispenser, portable dishwasher, washer and dryer in basement. Gas heat, central air, South Bend city water. Centrally located. Close to shopping, restaurants, theaters; and entertainment; within walking distance to Bethel, and IUSB; 3 miles to Notre Dame.
Electronic lock code will be furnished before arrival.
