If you are using outdoor amenities without permission, you may be removed from the property without a refund to avoid further issues with the guests who have private access to them.
2. Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor cameras on site, one in the front and one in the back.
3. Entry Code Requirements:
In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed by all guests.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
You will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.
4. Please kindly note that you are staying in a basement unit, which naturally tends to be on the cooler side. The thermostat is located in Unit A and is shared between both units. It is currently set and locked at 70°F to maintain a reasonably comfortable temperature for everyone.
5. Noise Expectations: This house is nearly 100 years old, and as a guest staying in the basement unit, you may hear some noise from the unit above. While the sounds are generally mild and tolerable, the creaky floors are part of the charm of an older home. For a more restful sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs to help minimize any disturbance. Thank you for your understanding!
6. Maintenance Entry: Maintenance personnel may need to enter your space for needs affecting both units. Examples may be; repairs with the electrical panel, water heater, Wi-Fi, plumbing, HVAC. We will give you as much notice as possible, but they may need to enter at a moments notice. We will message you first for a heads up. Then they will knock and loudly notify you that maintenance is entering. We expect guests to respond to the message promptly if there are any concerns regarding entry.
