Perfect place for at Notre Dame football game, graduation, concerts, or visiting downtown South Bend! The house is just 4 short blocks, or .5 miles, to the main entrance to Notre Dame Campus, Eddy Commons, and the football stadium.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, family room, full kitchen, and dining room. . Downstairs has family room, bar/kitchenette, large room with full bed and futon, and full bath with a shower.

This house has everything you need including great location, large fenced in yard, a big deck for entertaining with a gas grill, driveway and street parking, flat screen HD Smart TVs, bonfire pit, newer floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel oven/range, kitchen sinks, and furniture.
