"Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The hosts were very accommodating when we arrived in town early. The neighborhood seemed crowed, but it was a very quiet one. The location was perfect, a lot of options for great food and sightseeing. As for the property, it was all newly renovated with a modern styling, from the floors, furniture to the appliances. Access to a private backyard with table and grill was a great plus! Beds were comfy and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Binder full of local...

"There were a number of broken and missing items in this home. When we arrived, one of the toilets was broken. Kevin sent a handyman the following day. We hoped that the rest of the visit in this home would be relaxing but the first time we ran the dishwasher, it spewed water into the sink, across the counter and onto the floor. The garbage disposal was broken. The towel racks in the main bathroom were broken/missing. The shower handles were very hard to turn and both of the shower curtain rods...

Fully stocked kitchen for all dining and cooking needs.The owners were accessible at any time via text in case we needed anything.Great walk-up Mexican food venue about a 5-minute walk away. "Wonderful stay all around. The unit is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything. The hosts, Natalia and Harold are very attentive and made the check in/out process smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Coronado."

"We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10. Lots of space plenty of washrooms, great kitchen space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Good access to San Diego and all the attractions were 25 minutes away. "

"It was perfectly located by the culture of the town and we just had the best time walkingvaround they have the custest shops and places to eat everything was so nice in the home perfect safe feel would have like a bit more parking as we were visiting family and had some guests but this was the best spot. I cant say enough about everything "
