I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would have done wonders for the first impression. The place is old, but well kept and clean, but terrible customer service from the other man when you first walk in. "

"The parking is far away and you have to pay $10 a night for it. The bartender taking room service order was rude and not helpful or friendly. Asked for luggage rack to be brought up to my room and it never came. There were many in the lobby as I walked out. It just isn’t a friendly staff. They are not warm. The housekeepers were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The rest, not so much. "

"Room was kind of dirty, big stain on the floor. Carpet looked like it didn’t get vacuumed between guests. The front desk staff was very accommodating with getting a clean room. Pool was very small. And it is shared with the connecting hotel, so keep that in mind when traveling with kids who like to swim. The lobby was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly! The bar in the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff!"
