The house is on two levels; upstairs is a self contained apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living area and two double bedrooms. One room has a large double bed and the other has two singles.
Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, one room has a large double bed. the second room has 3 single beds. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning table for up to 12 people, the kitchen and living area's lead onto a large terrace over looking the garden which is south facing. The terrace has a covered area with seating, table and bbq, and there is a double hammock in the garden.
There is an above ground pool, 5.6 mt by 3.3 mt, parents must take full responsibility for infants the ladder is retractable.

Renovated in 2011 this is a tradional landes style house, rustic on the exterior but modern and clean on the inside.
The house is next to the road which can be busy in the summer but the garden at the back of the house is protected and secure for children.
In Soustons ville there are 3 banks, high street with shops 6 restaurants 4 bars coffee shop, 3 large supermarkets, street market on Monday mornings and a large lake with boat club and sporting area's, skate park, play area's all within 1 kilometre.
The beach is 8km or 10 min drive, 30 min on bike. All beaches have surf hire facilities with surf lessons.
The many lakes in the area have boat, canoe, stand-up paddle boards, kayak’s to rent.
There's horse ridding, paintball, go carting, adrenaline parks and lots more within 10 km from the house
The Landes area has many activities, and with Biarritz, Hossegor and St Sebastian in Spain and the Pyrenees there's plenty to keep you busy.
