Never been in the place. On the day before check in; The owner never send a follow up email or instruction as was directed by the initial confirmation payment email that a follow up email or instruction will follow before check in day. I had no information where to go or who to meet locally or whom to contact locally. The contact number is in Paris.. The Communication was very poor and had to call long distance or when wi-fi is available to reach the contact person. I had to call Expedia and try to contact the contact person in Paris. Finally angrily the owner was told me that I have no reservation and he does not deal with Expedia. Called Expedia to inform them with our conversations and to cancel and get my refund for something that does not seem I am getting or exist. Then when i had wi-fi internet connection I found an email of the location and address at the same day of check in and after check in time. It was too late for us and made other plans. Note that the place is 2 hours away from where we landed and trying to arrange another transportation to take to Souse which I also cancelled.
After this havoc tried to call the owner and was trying to compromise on half of the refund. I refused. Dishonest, irresponsible for his mistake and nonprofessional. Only book through hotels. I will never book private properties in Tunis.
