"The food was terrible nearly the same food everyday Food wasn't keep it hot as should be when its served Even coffe just warm. It was a virus around as some children were very ill including my child with a diarrhea and fevers and could be a food poison or something to do with the pool as we heard from another costumers. My adivice is to avoid this hotel "

"The first night I had some issues with my room and Ali, at the front desk, went above and beyond to resolve these issues!! I was given a new, premium room with a fantastic view and decor! 😍 From that point on my stay was amazing!! The service I received I received was outstanding in all areas, the El Baal restaurant was a highlight!! The housekeeping staff were excellent as well! The staff here, in all areas of the hotel were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly!! I can’t say enough good things about them!! Thankyou for the beautiful memories that I made here!!
