"This hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Lourdes! It was close to the Sanctuary, the rooms were nice and convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to help us."

"The room was kept extremely clean. We did not have breakfast, it seemed too expensive. We did not ski, as we were there to visit the Sanctuary only. The staff didnt really see any only when we checked in and out. The lift was only for 2 people. There was No fridge, difficult to store food and drink. No milk for making tea or coffee. Nice garden and pool for summer use. "

"We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. "
