"The apartment is large (3 bedrooms), the A/C works very well, but only if the key card is inserted, so if one person leaves the others have no A/C, which is why we insisted on another card (we got it the next day). The shower has no door so the floor was always flooded. The second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub for 2, which we never used. A larger shower would be more useful instead. Towels were at a premium, as we were 3, and we had to use some on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment...

"Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"The staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at the top of a hill and a little far out from the town, however there is a shuttle service from the hotel from early morning till late every 30 mins to take you into town. The town offers some amazing restaurants with a view and if you don’t mind a stroll - some of the fish restaurants by the harbour were superb!
