"The property is getting managed through what’s app messaging. No front desk, or any staff at the property. In the room there is no tv. Bathroom and shower only has hand soap. Throughly bare minimum. Location was on elevations. Hard to get and steep road."

"Simply my best stay ever.Diana was not simply a super super host but an amazing being. The property is close to the airport, old city Chania, restaurants and more. Accessing the main highways was very easy. The pool wow.And last but not least was the hidden gem outside the kitchen that was our all day sitting area, away from the sun but with a nice breeze.Honestly we did not want to leave and definitely the villa will be our home away from home when we return to Chania.The views are spectacular, the comfort is like home, the kitchen well stacked. An addition that did not appear in the pictures is a new railing for the stairs to the bedrooms.Before booking, one review that impressed me was that the pictures don’t make it justice. Well I second the motion. Thank you again Diana and regards to all."
"Amazing! Literally amazing all around! The hotel is new and modern. Very upscale and well designed. Great location. Not really on a white sandy beach, but the swimming area is great. Room was very large and well designed. Huge bathroom with spacious shower and a tub. Included breakfast was amazing - one of the best we ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel on Crete. Management at the hotel is doing a great job! We cannot be happier! Thank you!"
"We loved our stay at Lagon life! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond the entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well kept, the private pool and balcony was gorgeous. Our position meant we had a perfect view of the sunset over Chania old town and harbour which was just perfect. We could spend the afternoon in the sun on the loungers, or the evening overlooking a beautiful view of the water and lights etc. The food was great too, a highlight being the amazing breakfast brought to your room. It's about 40 min walk from the old town, a quick taxi or there are 3x local busses which are very regular from just a short walk outside the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone going to Chania! "
"I only stayed one night as i arrived late at night and it is so close to the airport. I wil definitely return. Gorgeous Apartment, mine was a duplex and had a bathroom and balcony on both floors. The upstairs balcony was huge. Great shower and Air conditioning. Free buffet breakfast with a great selection. Excellent."
