We have several leaks in our hotel one by the bed and one out the bathroom door. We reported it nothing was done no commendations. Nothing. They just put down a towel to catch the leaking water. Shame !

AMAZING staff, great food, very very clean. Plenty of activities, beautiful beach. The facilities are a little dated, but VERY well maintained. Welcoming and friendly environment. Talented entertainment staff. Just fyi, there's sometimes a towel shortage, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. ...
