"The only bad thing was, there is a private residence right next door. They were VERY loud at night, with loud music and singing. Depending on which side of the building your rental is you will hear it. I stayed at this property before a different side of the building and I didn’t hear them. "We spent the first half of our vaca at an all-inclusive resort in Playa Dorada. In contrast, this property in Sosua (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) was much larger and better appointed, and the beach was nicer (cleaner, no seaweed, gentler waves). And more restful. Easy walking distance to several great restaurants. The only downside is that the trail down to the beach requires a bit of agility (steps on rocks going down about 25 feet), which was a problem for one person in our group."

"This is my second time staying at one of their units and I can say it was just as pleasant as the first time , I love the area and the fact that it very convenient to everything. Manuel and Yvette are very excellent hosts and if you have any issues they resolve them very quickly I will definitely stay in one of their units again.
